摘要
企业档案馆(室)在构建覆盖全社会的公共档案服务体系过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。文章针对当前企业档案馆(室)发展现状中存在的经费投入不足、信息网络建设相对滞后、人员素质不高、共建共享程度偏低等问题,提出了企业档案馆(室)可持续发展的策略。
Business archives play a crucial role in the process of establishing public archives service system throughout the society. In the paper, the strategies for sustainable development of business archives are put forward aiming at such existing problems of them in present situations of development as short of funds, lagged construction of information network, low quality of personnel as well as low level of co - construction and sharing.
