本文对密钥认证技术、一卡通系统做了简要介绍，并针对某交管指挥中心的特点。

This paper gives a brief introduction to the key certification technology and one-card system. Aiming at the features of a traffic control and command center, it also designs the so- lution of one-card management system based on the key certification .
