A Safety Monitoring Management System for Shipbuilding Gantry Cranes

提出造船门式起重机安全监控管理系统的解决办法,指出确保造船门式起重机安全可靠运行所必须要监控的参数。充分利用造船门式起重机本身已具有的传感装置及仪器仪表,对其运行状态及故障信息进行监控,并对采集的各类信息进行集成处理及存储、传输,从而确保造船门式起重机的运行状况得到有效监控,安全状况得到有效管理。

In this paper the solution for safety monitoring management system for shipbuilding gantry cranes was pro- posed. The prerequisite monitoring parameters to ensure the safe and reliable operations of this gantry eranes were pointed out. By fully using the sensing devices and instrumentations of this gantry cranes to monitor the operational status and mal-function information of the cranes and to collect every information to carry out an integrated process, storage and transmitting, the running status of this gantry cranes can be monitored effectively, the security situations can be managed availably.
