摘要
现行国家标准《起重机设计规范》中以钢丝绳最大工作静拉力作为实用计算方法,然而起重机在工作中的某些工况下,如突然离地起升或下降制动时,在起升钢丝绳中会产生附加的动态拉力。本文从单自由度系统振动理论出发,讨论了在这些工况下起升钢丝绳所受的动态拉力,比按机构工作级别确定钢丝绳强度安全系数更接近实际。
In the current state standard Crane Design Rules, the effective steel wire rope's tension is calculated at the rope's maximum static working tension. However, in some working cases of the crane, such as the case of lifting when leaving ground suddenly or of braking when falling, an additional dynamic tension in the rope will be appeared. Based on the vibration theory of single degree of freedom system, this paper discusses the dynamic tension in the rope in those cases. The results are more accurate to the actual data than those from safe coefficient method to determine the rope strength by the mechanism specifications group.
