摘要
中后期服役的门机主要结构往往会出现许多裂纹,严重影响设备安全使用。基于起重机结构力学和金属材料损伤力学的理论,结合现场检测的方法和数据信号,深入分析裂纹产生的现象、原因、发展机理,制定修复方案,阻止裂纹进一步扩展,保证起重机安全工作。
The main structure of portal crane in middle later period service normally appears much more crack, which effects the crane's safe working seriously. Based on the theories of crane structural mechanics and metal material fracture mechanics, and in consideration of field test with its signal data, the crack status, the reason, and the propagation mechanism are analyzed deeply. So that the repair plan from the analysis can resist the crack further propagation and can insure the crane work safely.
