预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的气管导管内清洁装置的研制 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究气管导管内清洁装置预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院接诊的60例行机械通气的ICU病房患者,分为干预组和对照组两组。每组各30例患者。干预组采用气管导管内壁清洁装置,对照组患者使用普通气管导管。对两组患者术后呼吸机相关性肺炎的发病情况进行比较分析。结果术后,干预组患者的住院时间、ICU住院时间、机械通气时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率(20%)明显低于对照组(46.7%);干预组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎病死率(6.7%)也明显低于对照组(26.7%),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用我院研制的气管导管内清洁装置可有效预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the endotracheal tube cleaning device to prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods 60 patients with routine mechanical ventilation in ICU were randomly and evenly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group was treated with the endotracheal tube cleaning device,and the control group was treated with general endotracheal tube.The patients' condition was compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of duration of hospital stay,ICU stay,and mechanical ventilation was more pronounced in the intervention group than in the control group with statistical significance(P〈0.05).The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was obviously lower in the intervention group(20%) than in the control group(46.7%),and the mortality was significantly lower in the intervention group(6.7%) than in the control group(26.7%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion The endotracheal tube cleaning device can be effective in preventing the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia with significant clinical effect.
