自拟清肺汤辅助治疗慢性肺炎的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Chinese herbs decoction in the treatment of chronic pneumonia

目的探讨自拟清肺汤辅助治疗慢性肺炎的临床价值。方法将本院诊治的80例慢性肺炎患者随机分成两组:对照组40例,采用抗感染为主的综合治疗;实验组40例,采用自拟清肺汤+抗感染综合治疗。观察和比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎症缓解情况及肺功能改善情况。结果实验组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的症状改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的Visfatin、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8指标水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的VC、FVC、FEV1、MVV、PEF等肺功能指标水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用自拟清肺汤辅助治疗慢性肺炎能更显著地降低炎症因子水平、缓解临床症状和改善患者的肺功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Chinese herbs decoction in the treatment of chronic pneumonia.Methods 80 patients with chronic pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group（n = 40） and the treatment group（n = 40）.The control group was given anti-infective combined therapy,and the treatment group was given Chinese herbs decoction plus anti-infective combined therapy.The clinical efficacy was observed and compared between the two group.Results The total effective rate was obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The duration of symptoms improved was clearly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of Visfatin,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group after the treatment（P〈0.05）.The levels of VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and PEF was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application of Chinese herbs decoction in the treatment of chronic pneumonia can reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines,relieve symptoms and improve the patient＇s lung function.
