闽台合作办学下优质教育资源的整合与共享

Integration and Sharing of High Quality Educational Resources in the Colleges Running by Fujian and Taiwan

闽台合作办学是个全新的办学模式,双校园的人才培养模式中尚存在诸多问题,充分把握闽台高校的各自优势教育资源,进行有效的整合与共享,是提高闽台合作办学质量的关键。在几年合作办学经验的基础上,从闽台高等教育的现状出发,对师资资源、课程体系、实践教学资源、教学理念等方面的资源整合进行了探讨,提出了富有特色的做法,以充分发挥闽台高校的优势教育资源。建立了合作院校的组织协调、协议约束、规范管理、教学质量监控等一系列共享保障机制,从而保证教育资源能够得到实质性的共享,为福建省高等教育改革提供先行先试的宝贵经验。

The cooperative education between Fujian and Taiwan is a new educational mode. There are many proutems m the peL- sonnel training mode of double campus, so how to take full advantage of respective educational resources and integrate and share effectively,is the key to improve the quality of cooperation education. Base on a few years cooperation experiences and the situa- tion of the higher education between Fujian and Taiwan,the resource integration of teacher resources,curriculum system, prac- tice teaching resources,teaching ideas are discussed. Some effective measures are put forward in order to take full advantages of educational resources. In order to ensure the education resources can be shared substantively,a series of security mechanism was built up,which including organization and coordination,agreement, standardized management,teaching quality monitoring sys- tem. The results will provide the valuable reference for the reform of higher education in Fujian province.
