摘要
淘汰性压力减少和激励机制不完善,是当前本科毕业论文教学质量下滑的关键因素。就应用型本科院校而言,将招聘嵌入毕业论文答辩环节,引入社会参与和监督机制,完善毕业论文成绩评定制度,可以有效解决由淘汰性压力减少和激励机制不完善等带来的毕业论文质量下滑问题。文章就如何将招聘嵌入毕业论文答辩环节以及这一制度安排的作用机制进行了分析。最后,就浙江万里学院会展经济与管理专业在这一方面的探索和实践进行了分析和总结。
Lack of elimination pressure and imperfection in incentive mechanism are the key factors causing the decline in the quality of graduation thesis. The article provides, to most application-oriented universities, it can introduce social involvement and supervision by the way of embedding recruitment process into thesis evaluation to hold back the slippage of the quality of graduation thesis. Then the article gives an analysis on how to embed recruitment process into thesis evaluation and its function mechanism. At the end,it also makes an analysis and summary on the exploration and practice in major of economy and manage- ment of convention and exhihitinn in Zh^ii^ncr W^nll IT^i~ror^t~,
