高职法学教育的社会适应性探究

Research on the Social Adaptability of Higher Vocational Law Education

高职法学教育已成为我国法学教育体系中不可缺少的重要组成部分。然而亦存在着人才培养定位不清晰、与国家职业资格准入制度以及市场需求相脱节等问题。高职法学教育要想获得更大的发展空间,须从高职法学人才培养的定位出发,注重专业理论和实践教育,通过实施"双证"沟通和完善课程设置等有效的途径来实现。

Higher vocational law education has become an indispensable part of our legal system of education. However,there are many problems, such as the orientation of talent cultivation is not dear, phase out of touch with the national occupation qualifi- cation admittance system and the market demand. Higher vocational law education to obtain the bigger development space, posi- tioning must be cultured from the law of higher vocational talents, pay attention to professional education theory and practice, through the implementation of dual--certificate communication and improving the curriculum and other effective ways to a- chieve.
