摘要
主要基于价值链优化的方向探讨企业核心能力动态评价和企业核心能力提升对策研究。在探讨价值链与核心能力的内在联系和作用机理基础上,提出基于作业-价值链优化的核心能力提升策略:价值链内部整合协同;价值链横向战略联盟与外包;价值链纵向行业管控。并指出企业必须以战略视野来动态构建价值链,防止核心能力刚性。最后探讨了动态评价企业核心能力的重要性,并结合价值链优化的思想构建了一套多人参与评价的企业核心能力动态评价方法,该方法操作简单,适合动态性的企业核心能力评价需要。
On the basis of the connection and action mechanism between value chain and the core competence, this paper presents some promotion strategies based on the optimization of the value chain : internal integration of value chain to get the collaboration ; the lateral of value chain to get the strategic alli- ances and outsourcing and the longitudinal value chain to get industry control. Meanwhile, this paper states that the enterprise must be based on the strategic vision to build value chain dynamically to pre- vent core ability rigidity. Finally, it discusses the importance of the core ability of dynamic evaluation of enterprises, and establishes a set of dynamic core competence of people to participate in the evaluation of enterprise evaluation method based on value chain optimization, the method is simple to operate and suitable for dynamic enterprise core competence evaluation.
