It takes the planning and construction of resident area as the core work in the eleventh five-year plan period and builds a residential estate statistical analysis system. It details the general design of the system, database design and functions. Through the systematic analysis and research, the developing tendency of the approved residential areas is concluded which will be the basis of the decision-making.
