摘要
从组织管理学和管理心理学的研究视角入手,根据团队结构和团队创造力相关研究理论,确立科研团队结构和团队创造力的探索性研究指标。选取来自不同学科领域和具有不同结构特征的科研团队开展探索性案例研究,对团队结构和团队创造力各指标进行汇总和比较分析,得出团队成员个体能力、角色配置和异质性结构等团队结构因素对团队创造力的正、负向影响结果。根据探索性研究结果,构建了科研团队结构对团队创造力影响的假设模型。
This paper, on the viewing angle of organizational management studies and management psychology establishes ex- ploratory indicators of team composition and team creativity, according to the relative theories. Research teams of different research areas and different team composition features are selected for the exploratory case study. On the basis of collected data, further research work is concerning on comparative analysis of each indicators with positive or negative influence con- clusion of team members'individual ability, role configuration and composition diversity on team creativity. Finally, an ini- tial research model is structured according to the exploratory research conclusion.
