摘要
采用泥浆浸渍法制备了6种负载型MoO3固体超强酸催化剂,用于催化一水合柠檬酸与正丁醇酯化合成绿色增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯。考察了催化剂载体、催化剂用量、反应时间、酸醇比和反应温度等对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:以MoO3/活性炭为催化剂,催化剂用量8%(w/w),酸醇摩尔比1∶4,反应温度140℃,反应时间为3.0 h,酯化率可达到99%以上。另外,催化剂可以循环利用5次以上,酯化率仍保持在较高水平。
Six examples of solid superacid catalysts MoO3/S were prepared through slurry impregnation method.The catalytic activity of solid acid catalysts in the synthesis of tributyl citrate was explored.The effects of catalyst support,catalyst loading,the ratio of citric acid and n-butyl alcohol,reaction time and reaction temperature were studied.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:with 8% MoO3/C and 4.0 equiv of n-butyl alcohol,conducted the reaction for 3.0 h at 140 ℃,the final tributyl citrate can be obtained in 99% yield.In addition,the catalyst can be seperated from the reaction mixture very easily,which can be used for many times with high catalytic activity.
