摘要 以含有磺酸基、酰氨基、羧基等多种功能性单体的低分子聚合物为稠化剂,有机锆为交联剂,制备了低分子聚合物冻胶,考察了相关因素对形成冻胶性能的影响,得到了以其作为稠化剂的压裂液配方。结果表明,在稠化剂用量为0.3%,交联比为100∶0.5,粘土稳定剂用量为0.5%,助排剂用量为1.0%时,配制的压裂液在温度为90℃,剪切速率为170 s-1的条件下,其粘度保持在60 mPa.s以上;在DC-04破胶剂用量为0.1%,温度为90℃时,2 h破胶液粘度为3.6 mPa.s。 The low molecular weight polymer gel was developed by using a low molecular polymer as thickener which contained some functional monomers such as sulfonic group,acyl amino and carboxyl,and organic zirconium as crosslinking agent,then examined related factors that affected the performance of forming gel,finally got the fracturing fluid formula.Results showed that when the thickener dosage is 0.3%,crosslinking ratio is 100∶ 0.5,clay stabilizer dosage was 0.5%,and cleanup agent was 1.0%,the viscosity of fracturing fluid kept in more than 60 mPa·s under the condition of 90 ℃ and 170 s-1,and when the amount of gel breaker DC-04 was 0.1% and temperature was 90 ℃,the fracturing fluid can break completely after 2 h,and the viscosity of gel breaking liquid was 3.6 mPa·s.
