高效液相色谱法测定土壤和水中磺酰脲类除草剂的残留 被引量:10

摘要 建立了土壤和水中3种磺酰脲类除草剂残留的反相高效液相色谱方法。土壤样品经酸化乙腈超声提取、C18固相萃取小柱净化;水样采用C18固相萃取小柱净化和富集。样品中苄嘧磺隆、甲磺隆、氯磺隆的残留量采用RP-HPLC-二极管阵列检测器同时测定。结果表明,3种磺酰脲除草剂在0.1~10.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.999 5~0.999 8。土壤样品和水样平均加标回收率为75.5%~98.3%,80.2%~107.6%,相对标准偏差在1.39%~7.82%。该方法可用于稻田泥土和农田灌溉水的除草剂含量的测定。 A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of three sulfonylurea herbicides in soil and water.Soil samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile by ultrasonic wave and purified by the SPE-C18 column.Residues in water were also purified and enriched by the SPE-C18 column.Three sulfonylurea herbicides(bensulfuron-methyl,metsulfuron-methyl,chlorsurfuron)residues in samples were analyzed by RP-HPLC with photo diode array detector.The results showed that the linear ranges of three herbicides were 0.1~10.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were 0.999 5~0.999 8.The average recoveries were in the range of 75.5%~98.3% in soil samples and 80.2%~107.6% in water samples.The relative standard deviations were 1.39%~7.82%.The method can be used for determination of herbicides in paddy soil and irrigation water.
