Intellectual Capital,Organization Learning and Enterprise Growth

本文以我国华东地区制造企业为研究对象,从组织学习视角对智力资本和企业成长关系进行研究,实证结果表明智力资本显著促进企业成长,研究验证了资源成长决定论的内容;组织学习在智力资本与企业成长之间起着重要的中介作用,组织学习地显著提升智力资本、尤其是人力资本与关系资本的价值创造能力,并促进了企业持续快速成长。另外,研究还验证了智力资本要素之间的价值创造路径和因果关系。

The paper selects the manufactories in east China as samples to explore the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise growth from the perspective of organization learning. The empirical results suggest that intellectual capital significantly promotes enterprise growth, and verify the resource growth decision theory. Organization learning me- diates the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise growth. Organizational learning significantly increase in- tellectual capital, especially the ability to create value, and then improve the enterprise growth significantly. The study also verifies the value creation ways and causal relationships among intellectual capital factors.
