This paper summarized the environmental costs compositions which include environmental prevention cost, environmentalgovernance cost, environmentaldamage cost. And the existing problems in environmentalcosts man- agement of aquaculture were analyzed. Then the goal of environmentalcosts management of aquaculture and the countermeasures for enhancing the environmentalcosts management of aquaculture were put forward.
