泛昔洛韦联合窄波UVB照射治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效观察

Clinical observation of famciclovir combined with UVB phototherapy in the treatment of pityriasis rosea

目的:观察泛昔洛韦联合UVB照射治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法:140例患者随机分为治疗组(75例,采用口服泛昔洛韦联合UVB照射治疗)和对照组(65例,采用仅口服泛昔洛韦治疗),观察其疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率97.3%,痊愈率为90.6%;对照组总有效率76.9%,痊愈率为69.2%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泛昔洛韦联合UVB照射治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效确切,值得临床应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of famciclovir combined with UVB phototherapy on the treatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods： 140 patients were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group received oral famciclovir combined with UVB phototherapy, while patients in the control group received only oral famciclovir treatment. Then the effect and safety of the treatment in both groups were observed. Results： The curative rate in the treatment group was 90.6% with a total effective rate of 97.3% while the curative rate in the control group was 69.2% with a total effective rate of 76.9%, which was of obvious difference of the effective rate between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Famciclovir combined with UVB phototherapy in the treatment of pityriasis rosea is very effective and worthy of clinical applications.
