中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血的临床观察

Clinical observation of the integrated Chinese and western medicines in the treatment of traumatic hyphema

目的:探讨复方血栓通联合云南白药及西医辅助对症治疗外伤性前房积血的临床效果。方法:对外伤性前房积血112例患者给予复方血栓通胶囊和云南白药胶囊口服为主治疗,辅以局部皮质类固醇,眼压超过30mmHg者对症降眼压治疗,持续高眼压者行前房冲洗。结果:112例患者前房积血全部吸收。结论:血栓通胶囊联合云南白药胶囊及西医辅助治疗外伤性前房积血临床效果满意。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of compound thrombosis combined with Yunnan Baiyao, and western medicine as adjuvant therapy on traumatic hyphema. Methods： 112 patients with traumatic hyphema were treated mainly with compound thrombosis capsule and Yunnan Baiyao, and topical corticosteroids as adjuvant therapy. Those whose intraocular pressure were over 30 mmHg received treatment of lowering intraocular pressures, and those remain continuous high intraocular pressures received the irrigation of the anterior chamber. Results： The 112 patients＇ hyphema were all absorbed. Conclusion： Satisfactory clinical effect has been obtained in the treatment of traumatic hyphema by the integrative treatment of thrombosis capsule combined with Yunnan Baiyao and western medicines as adjuvant therapy.
