四手操作技术在乳牙预成冠修复术中的应用

Application of four-handed technique to the deciduous teeth crown prosthesis

目的:探讨四手操作在乳牙预成冠修复中的应用效果。方法:随机选择我院73例单颗牙的乳牙预成冠修复患儿作为对照组,76例单颗牙的乳牙预成冠修复患儿作为试验组,对照组的患儿在治疗中采用常规护理方法,试验组的患儿应用四手操作技术。对两组患儿的治疗时间、患儿家属满意度、治疗成功率进行统计学比较。结果:试验组患儿较对照组患儿的平均治疗时间短,患儿家属的满意度和治疗成功率高,结果经比较有统计学意义。结论:四手操作可明显缩短治疗时间,提高工作效率,减轻医护工作的疲劳[1],使患儿家属满意度增加。

Objective： To investigate the application effect of four-handed techniqe on the crown prosthesis of deciduous teeth. Methods： 73 cases of children whose single tooth performed crown prosthesis of the deciduous teeth in the Department of Stomatology of the 181st Hospital of PLA were randomly selected as the control group, while 76 cases whose single tooth performed crown pros- thesis were used as the experimental group. The children patients in the control group receoved routine nursing in the treatment, but children in the experimental goup were treated with four- handed operation. Then the treatment time, family satisfaction and the success rate of the treat- ment in children of both groups were statistically compared. Results： Compared with child patiets in the control group, the average treatment time of the experimental group shortened, the satisfac- tory degree of the patients and the success rate of treatment were higher, which were of statistical differences. Conclusion： Four-handed operation can significantly shorten the treatment time, improve the work efficiency and reduce the fatigue of medical staff, so the family satisfactory degree of the children increases.
