Postoperative nursing of patients performed valve replacement

目的:总结生物瓣膜病患者手术护理经验,提高治疗效果,降低病死率。方法:对25例生物瓣膜置换手术患者护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果:本组死亡1例,占4.0%,死于低心排血量综合征。结论:术前心功能的改善、术中良好的心肌保护、术后细微的监护及适时的健康教育能够减少术后并发症、降低病死率,提高远期疗效。

Objective： To summarize the nursing experience of biological valve surgery patients so as to improve the treatment effect and reduce the mortality rate. Methods： The nursing methods of 25 cases of biological valve replacement surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results： One ease died from low cardiac output syndrome, with the mortality rate of 4.0%. Conclusion. Improvement of preoperative heart function, good myocardial protection during the operation, careful postoperative monitoring and caring and timely health education can reduce the postoperative complications, mortality rate and improve the long-term efficacy of the patients.
