角膜溃疡结膜遮盖手术中应用α-氰基丙烯酸脂医用胶的研究

Application of α-cyanoacrylate medical glue in conjunctival flap covering surgery for corneal ulcer

目的探讨医用胶技术用于角膜溃疡结膜遮盖手术的效果。方法在角膜溃疡结膜瓣遮盖缝合固定后，使用α-氰基丙烯酸脂医用胶覆盖缝合区并凝固定型。医用胶组与对照组进行对比观察。结果医用胶组在治愈率、缝线的切割、结膜瓣回退、溃疡区暴露、溃疡愈合时间等各项指标上均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；医用胶剥脱时间（10．2±2．3）d，患者有明显异物感，经局部用药后好转，有3例戴软性角膜接触镜后缓解。结论α-氰基丙烯酸脂医用胶应用于角膜溃疡结膜遮盖手术可以显著提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the effect of medical glue in conjunctival flap covering surgery for corneal ulcer. Methods α-cyanoacrylate medical glue was used to cover anastomosis and solidified after suture fixation of conjunctival flap for corneal ulcer. Contrast observation was made on medical glue group and control group. Results The medical glue group was significantly superior to control group in recovery rate, suture cutting, rollback of conjunctival flap, exposure and healing time of ulcer area （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The exfoliative time of medical glue was （ 10.2 ± 2.3 ） d, the patients had obviously foreign body sensation and felt better after local medicine application. Soft contact lens could relieve symptoms in 3 cases. Conclusion The application of α-cyanoacrylate medical glue in the conjunctival flap covering operation for corneal ul- cer can significantly improve the success rate.
