骶管滴注加脊柱无创减压治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 腰椎间盘突出是因为椎间盘髓核突出物压迫及无菌性炎症刺激神经根或神经根炎性水肿、粘连所致。常见疾病,治疗方法多样。本组自2011年10月至2012年4月对80例腰椎间盘突出患者采用骶管滴注加脊柱无创减压治疗取得良好效果,报告如下。1资料与方法 1.1一般资料本组80例,其中男62例,年龄19～68岁,平均39岁;女18例,年龄21～62岁,平均41岁。L3/4椎间盘突出7例,L4/5椎间盘突出32例,L5/S1椎间盘突出26例,合并两个椎间盘突出15例。全部经CT、MRI检查确诊,
