摘要
研究了铝矾土代替萤石造精炼渣的可行性。采用Thermo-Calc软件计算的LF精炼过程的热力学平衡结果表明:1 600℃时炉渣由萤石造渣的液固两相渣转变为铝矾土造渣的液态渣,钢水的脱氧和脱硫效果基本不变。生产试验结果表明:铝矾土造精炼渣时钢水平均脱硫率比萤石造精炼渣时提高了7.7%。
The feasibility of making LF refining slag by using bauxite instead of fluorite was investigated. The thermodynamic equilibrium of the LF refining process was calculated by using Thermo-Calc software. The results showed the effects of deoxidation and desulfurization of the liquid steel were almost the same by using the liquid slag made from bauxite instead of the solid-liquid slag made with fluorite at 1 600 ℃. Furthermore, the trial production results showed that the average desulfurization rate by bauxite made slag during LF refining was 7.7% higher than that of fluorite slag.
