摘要
利用ANSYS平台开发环境和ANSYS二次开发参数化设计语言APDL,并结合箱形孔轧制的特点,建立了弹塑性大变形有限元模型并对箱形孔轧制进行了动态模拟分析。有限元模型程序能通过用户图形界面输入坯料规格和孔型参数,自动建立轧制模型,得到变形后轧件尺寸以及等效应力应变分布等参数,据此可以判断孔型设计是否合理和优化轧制工艺。
Using ANSYS development platform environment and APDL (ANSYS parametric design language ) in conjunction with the characters of box pass rolling, a finite element model pertaining large elastic-plastic deformation was established and used in dynamic simulating the box pass rolling. The program of the finite element model could set up automatically rolling model and obtain rolled piece size after deformation, equivalent plastic stress-strain by directly inputting the billet size and pass parameters at user graphical interface, thus judging the reasonableness of pass design and optimizing the rolling process.
