摘要
通过乙酸铜和十二烷基硫醇反应制备了十二烷基硫铜粉末,然后在各种基底上喷涂十二烷基硫铜的无水乙醇悬浮液得到了自清洁型的超疏水表面.结果表明,该超疏水表面对水滴的静态接触角和滚动角分别为160±1°和5°,受损的超疏水表面可以通过重新喷涂十二烷基硫铜的无水乙醇悬浮液进行修复,从而重新获得超疏水性能.
A simple technique for fabrication of superhydrophobic copper dodecanethiolate surfaces is developed by spraying copper dodecanethiolate suspension on various substrates. The copper dodecanethiolate suspension is prepared by the reaction of copper acetate and dodecanethiol in ethanol solution. The as-prepared surfaces exhibit both superhydrophobicity and self-cleaning properties. The superhydrophobic surfaces show a high contact angle of 160± 1°and a low sliding angle of 5°. In addition, the superhydrophobic performance can be easily repaired by spraying the copper dodecanethiolate suspension on the surfaces again when the superhydrophobic surfaces are damaged.
