摘要 为了研究电动缸的性能和控制系统,利用虚拟仪器LabWindows/CVI设计了电动缸测控系统的仿真软件。通过对电动缸数学建模,并模拟电动缸伺服驱动器的位置信号,采用增量式PID、步进式PID及专家PID控制算法对控制效果进行仿真。为了使控制效果达到最佳,采用遗传算法对PID参数进行整定,结合Matlab/GUI实现在线参数整定,并通过Polling Queue技术实现数据的通信。仿真结果表明,该仿真软件达到了较好的控制效果。 In order to study the performance and control system of electric cylinder, the simulation software for measurement and control system of electric cylinder is designed by adopting virtual instrument LabWindows/CVI. Through establishing the mathematical model of electric cylinder and simulating the position signal of the servo driver of electric cylinder, the simulation of control effect is conducted by using incremental PID control algorithm, stepping PID control algorithm and expert PID. To achieve the optimal control effect, the PID parameters are tuned online with genetic algorithm combining Matlab/GUI. The data communication is implemented via Polling Queue technology. The result of simulation indicates that the simulation software reaches better control effect.
