摘要
透平机组是各种工业流程中的核心装置,被广泛应用于化工、石油、空分、冶金及制药等行业。在透平机组的各种监测及控制参数中,气体流量是一个重要参量,流量的准确计量至关重要。从理论模型出发,对透平装置中常用的差压式流量计的流量计算公式进行了详细分析推导。同时,给出了常用的工程计算公式,并结合工程实践对简化的工程计算公式适用条件进行了探析,以使广大工程应用技术人员能对流量计算有一个较深的理解和认识。
Turbine unit is the kernel device of various industrial processes; it has been widely used in chemical, oil, air separation, metallurgical and pharmaceutical industries. In a variety of monitoring and control parameters for turbine unit, gas flow is an important parameter and the accuracy of flow measurement is critical. From the theoretical model, the flow calculation formula of the commonly used d/p flowmeter in turbine unit is analyzed and derived in detail, and the commonly used engineering calculation formula is given. IN order to provide deeper understanding and awareness to the majority of engineering applications and technical personnel, and guidance to project applications, the applicable conditions of the simplified calculation formula is probed into.
