多形貌周期性介孔有机硅的合成和表征

Synthesis and characterization of periodic mesoporous organosilica with various morphologies

摘要 采用低温水热合成法,通过改变2种硅源物质的量比合成了一系列周期性介孔有机硅(PMOs)。通过XRD、TEM、SEM和N吸附-脱附物理吸附仪等方法对其结构进行了2表征。结果表明,通过改变硅源1,2-双-三乙氧基硅基乙烷(BTESE)的物质的量比,可获得宏观形貌从六面体变化到纳米空心小球的一系列PMOs。当物质的量比为0.2和1时,可以制备出具有六面体和空心小球宏观形貌的PMOs。 The periodic mesoporous organosilica (PMOs) materials with various morphologies were synthesized via low-temperature hydrothermal synthesis method by varying the mole ratio of two silicon source substances.The structural feature of these materials was characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption physisorption apparatus.The results showed that through varying the mole ratio (n) of 1,2-bis(triethoxysilyl) ethane (BTESE) and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the silicon source substances a series of PMOs with the morphologies of from hexahedron to hollow nanomicroball can be obtained.When the n value is 0.2 and 1,the produced PMOs have hexahedral and hollow nano-microball morphologies,respectively.
