高性能PVC焊缝密封胶的研制

Preparation of high-performance PVC sealants for welded joints

以聚氯乙烯(PVC)糊树脂和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)为主要原材料,以环氧树脂为增粘剂制备一种高性能的PVC车身焊缝密封胶。介绍了制造工艺,并讨论了环氧树脂的加入对胶的粘接性、硬度、流变性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,制得的PVC焊缝密封胶综合性能良好。

A kind of high-performance PVC sealant for welded joints was prepared with poyvinyl chloride （PVC） and di-isodecyl phthalate （DIDP） as the main raw materials ill this paper.The effect of epoxy resin amount on the adhesion,hardness,rheological property and mechanical properties of the sealants was discussed,The experimental results showed that the PVC sealant had good performance when it filled with epoxy resin.
