乳化炸药密度的控制

摘要 乳化炸药密度是乳化炸药重要物理性能指标之一。研究了亚硝酸钠用量、酸用量、敏化温度和时间等因素对乳化炸药密度的影响,结果表明亚硝酸钠用量为0.064%~0.084%,酸用量为0.014%,50℃敏化4min,敏化后3的密度均小于1.25g/cm,满足雷管感度乳化炸药对密度的要求。 The emulsion explosives density is one of the important physical properties indexes of emulsion explosives.The effects of sodium nitrite consumption,acid volume as well as sensitization temperature and time on the emulsion explosive density were studied.The results show that when the sodium nitrite consumption is 0.064% - 0.084%,,the acid volume is 0.014%,,the sensitization temperature is 50℃. and the sensitization time is 4 min,the emulsion explosive density after sensitization is less than 1.25 g/cm3,which can meet the density requirement of emulsion explosives with detonator sensitivity.
