摘要
陆疆安全问题是指国与国之间发生的,源头具有双源性、过程具有突发性、区域具有跨国性、内容具有传统与非传统安全交织性、后果具有强危害性、影响具有长期性的重大自然或人文威胁。
The landfrontier security problems are international problems and have the following fea- tures： their causes are hi-national or cross-border-related, their process is often impromptu, and their consequences are often devastating and lasting, which have the combined features of traditional securi- ty and non-traditional security.
