两种紫外分光光度计测定紫拟青霉色素的比较

Comparison of two kinds of ultraviolet spectrophotometers on pigment determination of paecilomyces purpureus

采用两种紫外分光光度计(UV2450和755B型)对紫拟青霉色素溶液进行吸光度测定。通过比较分析两种紫外分光光度计的测定值,可知在吸光度值0.3—0.7范围内,普通教学用紫外分光光度计755B测定结果与UV2450无明显差异。

Two kinds of ultraviolet spectrophotometer （UV 2450 and 755B） are adopted to test the absorbance of Paecilomyees purpureus pigment solution. Through comparing and analyzing their absorbance values, we find no significant differences between the ordinary teaching ultraviolet spectropbetometer 755B and the UV2450 in absorbance values of 0.3 -0.7 range.
