小企业发展与政府扶持

The Development of Small Enterprises and Governmental Support

我国小企业以生产、劳动密集型为主 ,资金缺乏 ,管理水平低下 ,在管理中依赖领导者个人的能力和经验。在我国将加入WTO时 ,小企业将面临严竣考验。我国政府应采取扶持小企业发展的方针 ,创造公平的经营环境 ,协助获取资金 ,在管理和科研方面提供帮助。

Most of the small businesses in China are laborincentive and fund lacked and have poor quality of management.Their management level depends on the leader's ability and experience.As China is going to join the WTO,small businesses will face austere challenge.The government should adopt supportive policies for the small businesses, create a fair market envionment,help them to get fund ,and at last, increase their managing and R&D ability.
