小城镇是我国城市市场经济与农村经济结合的枢纽 ,目前 ,我国小城镇发展速度快 ,必须加强对小城镇的管理。应当注意梯度发展原则 ,处理好短期与长期发展的关系 ,重视小城镇生态环境管理 ,坚持各项管理原则。
