信息权利均衡视角下《档案法》的修改

在社会转型时期,产生于计划经济背景下的《档案法》面临社会变革中的诸多问题。随着民主社会、民本社会的全面、深入发展,信息权利均衡化成为人们关注的热点。文章从信息权利均衡的角度,分析我国现行《档案法》的现实不足之处,进而针对社会公众信息权利均衡的诉求提出《档案法》的修订浅见。
