创新与超越:新建地方性本科院校体育专业发展路径探索

Creation and Transcendence: Ways to Develop Sport-related Specialties of Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等,以新建地方性本科院校体育专业为研究对象,分析了新建地方性本科院校体育专业在发展过程中存在学生量与质发展的失衡性、师资队伍发展的滞后性、专业建设过程的同质化、教学评价机制的行政化等问题。基于此,提出了优化学生质量,确立精品办学定位;延揽优秀师资,打造一流师资队伍;凝炼专业特色,坚持特色兴校理念;改变评价主体,构建多元评价体系的地方性本科院校体育专业发展路径。以期待对地方性本科院校体育专业的发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。

This essay takes newly-built local undergraduate colleges as the research objects. It analyzes some problems existing in the development of sport-related specialties of newly-built local undergraduate colleges： the unbal- anced development between the number of students and their quality, the lagging in the development of teaching staff, homogenization in the development of specialties, administerization of the teaching evaluation mechanism and so on. Based on the analysis, the author comes up with the following suggestions： to improve student quality and aim for high-quality education; to attract excellent teachers and cultivate first-class teaching staff; to highlight the features of the specialties; to build a diversified evaluation system.
