摘要
伴随着市场中介机构在我国市场经济的高速发展,出现了诸如市场中介机构中介行为难以界定、法律地位模糊、市场地位不明确等问题。要解决这些问题,应建立在准确界定市场中介机构之中介行为的定义的基础之上。
There are so many problems, such as being difficult to define the market behavior, legal status fuzzy and market position indetermination and so on, accompanying the market intermediary organization's high-speed development in the market economy in our country. To solve these problems, it should be establised on the exact defination of the intermediary behawior in the market.
