直接空冷凝汽器进出口空气温度监测及优化设计

摘要 介绍了空冷温度场在线监控系统,针对直接空冷机组在运行中存在的问题,根据空冷温度场实时数据进行了空冷背压设定值节能优化设计和空冷凝汽器防冻监测的优化设计,阐明了应用空冷温度场在线监装置测量空冷凝汽器进出口空气温度的必要性。 The online temperature field monitoring system for air cooling system was introduced.Aiming at the problems existing in operation of direct air cooled unit,according to the real-time data of temperature field of air cooling system,the energy-saving effect of the back pressure set value of the air cooling system was enhanced.Based on this,the design of antifreeze monitoring for the air cooled condenser was optimized.The necessity to measure the air temperature at inlet and outlet of the air cooled condenser by the air cooling temperature field online monitoring device was expounded.
