调节保安系统远方不能挂闸的故障处理

Treatment of fail of remote turbine latch operation by control and protection system

结合调节保安系统挂闸原理及危急遮断滑阀的结构特点,分析了远方不能挂闸的故障原因,采取了更换挂闸电磁阀进油节流孔的临时处理方案消除了故障,然后在具备条件时研磨端面密封面,彻底解决问题,以保证机组调试工作顺利进行。

Combining with the latch principle by the control and protection system and the structure features of the emergency stop slide valve,the reason of the fail of remote turbine latch operation was analyzed.As a temporary treatment scheme,the oil input restriction orifice of the latch solenoid valve had been replaced,and the fault was eliminated.It was ensured that the unit commissioning can go on successfully before the problem had been solved thoroughly,will lapping face and seal surface,which is waiting for some necessary conditions.
