630MW燃煤机组静电除尘器节能减排的应用研究

摘要 国内燃煤机组静电除尘器普遍存在着烟尘排放浓度较大的问题,无法满足国家最新大气污染物排放标准的要求指标,以扬州第二发电有限公司静电除尘器高频电源节能减排技术工程为实例,介绍了该公司节能减排的应用效果,分析了燃煤机组静电除尘器实现节能减排的可行性,提出了静电除尘器的升级改造方案和建议。 The dust emission concentration of electrostatic precipitators of most domestic coal-fired units is larger and can not meet the requirement of the newest state standard of air pollutants emission.Taking the energy saving and emission reducing technology by high frequency power source for electrostatic precipitator of Yangzhou Second Power Generation Company Limited as example,the practical energy saving and emission reducing effects of the company were introduced.The feasibility of electrostatic precipitator of coal-fired unit to realize energy conservation and emission reduction was analyzed.The upgrade and reformation scheme of electrostatic precipitator and suggestions were put forward.
