驻保高校用水现状与节水制度革新对策分析

Analysis on Water Usage Status and Countermeasures of Water Saving System Innovation in Colleges and Universities of Baoding City

随着经济的发展和人口的急剧膨胀,水资源变得越来越短缺。保定市位于严重缺水的华北地区,水资源更为匮乏,因而节水迫在眉睫。以驻保高校为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、访谈法、头脑风暴法等相关调研方法,总结出保定市高校的用水与节水现状,并以此为基础,提出相应的节水措施,即保定各大高校学生实行IC卡差别消费,建立水交易平台。旨在对高校节水起到积极的影响,由学生带动,在社会上形成良好的节水风尚,达到自觉节水的目的。

With the development of economy and population swelling, water resources is becoming more and more shortage. Banding is located in north China where is serious water shortage, and water resource is scarce, therefore water saving is imminent in Banding. Taking universities in Banding as the research objects, using questionnaire survey method, interview method and brainstorming and related research methods, the water usage and water saving status quo in colleges and universities of Banding City were summed up, and on this basis, the corresponding water saving measures were proposed, IC card differential consumption for universities students was implemented and water trading platform was established, in order to plays a positive effect on the water saving in colleges and universities, form good water saving fashion in society, arid achieve the objective of the consciousness of water saving.
