为解决河南省煤气集团有限责任公司义马气化厂LIWELL驰张筛筛板使用寿命和检修周期短的问题,在筛机故障原因分析和排查基础上提出改造方案。实践表明,分流板加宽和在首块筛板面覆盖缓冲皮的措施,有效地保证了驰张筛高效、安全、经济、稳定运行,设备检修工作量大大降低。

To solve the problem of the short service life and maintenance cycle of deck of LIWELL flip - flow screen used in Yima gasification plant of Henan Coal Chemical Co Ltd, the reforming scheme presented on the basis of analyzing and trying to identify the cause of problem. The reformation result show that the measures of widening the flow dividing plate and making the first deck surface covered with buffering rubber ensured the screen operated effectively, safely, economically and stable, also reduce the maintenance workload of screen.
