摘要
为解决钱家营矿业分公司选煤厂浮选系统精煤产率低、灰分高的问题,对不适应生产发展的工艺和设备进行改造。通过煤泥小筛分、小浮沉和可浮性试验分析,确定了灵活的工艺流程,且在改造中应用了较先进的多次选和分级选浮选工艺,同时采用了性能先进的大型浮选、脱水设备。浮选工艺改造后,该厂精煤产率和尾煤灰分得到提高。
In order to solve the problems of low yield and high ash content of clean coal in flotation system in Qianjiaying coal preparation plant, taken the renovation on the process and equipment that do not adapt to development of production. Based on the analysis of sieving, float-and -sink and floatability tests, determined flexible technology flowsheet, and utilized the advanced processed of multi-separation and sized flotation, and at same time also used big sized flotation and de-watering devices in the renovation. After the renovation of flotation system, the yield of clean coal and ash content of tailings both in- creased in that coal preparation plant.
