摘要
为解决济三煤矿刮板输送机刮板和滑道工作面相互磨损,以及其在运行中出现故障无法及时监测的问题,结合生产实际对刮板输送机进行了滑道错位改造,并对其进行了分体式设计和拉斜保护设计。经技术改造和完善后刮板输送机运行稳定,故障率明显降低。
In order to solve the problems of wearing generated between the scraper conveyor and surface of the slide way, as well as detected the faults in a timely manner when the conveyor is running, based on the fact of production, making stagger position transform for slide way of the scraper conveyor and using the split type design and diagonal protection design. After the technical renovation and perfect, the running of the scraper conveyor is stable and significantly lowers the failure rate.
