选煤厂浮选尾煤资源化利用技术分析 被引量:11

摘要 煤炭工业的快速发展及煤炭入选量的急剧增大,使我国浮选尾煤产生量越来越大,合理开发利用浮选尾煤资源对缓解我国能源紧缺及控制因其带来的环境污染具有重要意义。介绍了我国浮选尾煤处理流程及其特性,分析了目前浮选尾煤处理中的流化床燃烧、型煤加工、建材制造、气化及热解、填埋等处理方式的特点,认为浮选尾煤的利用应从经济性和规模化出发,且应以混燃技术为主,积极发展其他利用方式,使尾煤的开发利用多元化。 The rapid development of the coal industry and increased of coal washed quantity caused more and more flotation tailings produced in China. Rational development and utilization flotation tailings have great importance of alleviating the energy shortage and the control of environment pollution. The paper introduced coal flotation processes and their characteristics in China, analyzed features of the flotation tailings treatment methods including fluidized bed combustion, coal briquetting, building materials manufacturing, gasification and pyrolysis, landfill and other methods. The paper concluded that the utilization of flotation tailings should based on economy and large - scale, and also give priority to mix combustion while develop the other utilization methods to promote the diversified development and utilization of flotation tailings.
