田庄选煤厂四级分选工艺的研究与应用 被引量:10

摘要 为解决田庄选煤厂块原煤分选系统可靠性差、操作困难及细粒煤分选效果差的问题,在原三级分选工艺基础上增加粗煤泥分选环节,形成了块煤斜轮分选+末煤重介旋流器分选+粗煤泥干扰床分选+煤泥浮选的四级分选工艺。采用四级分选工艺后,田庄选煤厂精煤产率得到稳定提高,介质消耗量大幅下降。 To solve the problems of poor reliability and difficult to control in lump raw coal separation system and bad separation result of small coal in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant, the coarse slime separation process added into the original three stage separation process, so formed the four stage separation process which consisted of inclined lifting wheel separating lump coal, the dense medium cyclone separation small coal, the teetered bed separator separating coarse slime and the slurry separation by flotation. With the utilization of the four stage separation process, the clean coal yield steadily increased and medium consumption dramatically decreased in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant.
