黄卤与岩卤兑卤提钡技术探索

Exploration on the Technology of Barium Extraction from Yellow Brine and Rock Brine Exchange

针对蓬莱盐化公司黄卤中富含钡、锶等微量元素的特点,并结合现生产情况,进行了黄卤与岩卤的两步兑卤实验,找出了钡、锶、钙盐的析出规律,为黄卤制盐和化工装置的工程设计提供了可靠的参考依据,同时也为同类硫酸钡的生产提供了很有价值的参考意义。

According to the characteristics of the rich barium,stronium and other trace elements in the yellow brine of Penglai Salt and Chemical Corporation,this paper carries out the two-step brine exchange experiment between yellow brine and rock brine and finds out the precipitation principle of barium,stronium,and calcium based on the production situation which supplies a reliable reference for the salt making with yellow brine and the engineering design of the devices in chemical indsutry and meanwhile provides valuable reference for the production of barium sulfate.
