摘要
随着原料卤水中的NaCl含量升高,原设计的年产15万吨的盐系统无法消化制硝系统排出的母液,严重制约了硝系统的生产;制硝系统原设计生产能力为年产41万吨Na2SO4产品;卤水质量变化后,现有装置排出的制硝母液量超出了原设计的要求。通过技术改造,实际生产50万吨Na2SO4产品。
With the increasing of the Nacl content in the raw brine,the 150,000t salt system that the oringinal designed cannot deal with the mother liquid which is discharged from the sodium sulfate system and in that case,the sodium sulfate production is seriously limited.The production capacity of the soalium sulfate in the oringinal design is 410,000t Na 2 SO 4.After the brine changed,the mother liquid amount that discharged from the exsiting equipment is greater than the oringinal design requirements.Through the technology transformation,the actural Na 2 SO 4 Production is 500,000t.
